Each individual may hold only one 24phdream account. Duplicate registrations will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests require successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as UMID, PhilSys, driver's license, and passport.
Player wallet balances are held separately from 24phdream's operational funds. Your deposited funds and verified winnings are protected and always withdrawable subject to these terms.
All 24phdream games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical outcomes. Published RTPs are maintained as provided by game developers and are not altered by the platform.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must meet the applicable rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
24phdream enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session time controls. Players are responsible for using these tools proactively.
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 24phdream reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and is actively prevented on this Platform.
2.2 One Account Per Individual. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 24phdream reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void pending bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
2.3 Registration Requirements. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination without recourse.
2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 24phdream makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.5 Account Verification. 24phdream reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity of any Player at any time. Players who fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have their Account restricted or suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold.
3.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 24phdream immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as authorized by you and will be binding.
3.3 Device Security. 24phdream strongly recommends that Players use personal devices to access the Platform and avoid using shared or public computers, particularly in internet cafés or co-working spaces in Quezon City, Makati, or elsewhere. Always log out after each session on any device that is not exclusively personal.
3.4 Account Transfer Prohibition. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance therein to any third party. Any attempted transfer will be void and may result in permanent Account termination.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 24phdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method as published on the Platform and are subject to change.
4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sourced from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit determined to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard banking periods. 24phdream does not guarantee specific processing timelines but endeavors to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.
4.5 Currencies. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 24phdream is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 24phdream are subject to individual terms published at the time of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents with active, compliant 24phdream accounts who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no-wagering," all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit Bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play"), or any other method determined by 24phdream to constitute abuse of the promotion system, will result in forfeiture of all Bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused Bonus funds that reach their expiry date will be automatically removed from your Wallet without compensation.
5.5 Right to Modify. 24phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect Bonus funds already validly credited to a Player's account prior to the announcement of the change.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on the 24phdream Platform — including slot machines, virtual table games, and RNG-based products — use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted under camera surveillance.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet, 24phdream reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 24phdream will not honor payouts resulting from erroneous or malfunction-affected game outcomes.
6.3 Dispute Resolution. If you believe a game result or transaction is incorrect, you must submit a formal dispute to the 24phdream support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be investigated. All disputes are reviewed using server-side logs and certified game records, which are considered definitive in the absence of technical evidence to the contrary.
6.4 Player Decision Finality. All bets and game decisions confirmed by the Player are final. 24phdream will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a Player's change of mind after the bet has been accepted by the system.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24phdream Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 24phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. We take this seriously and provide tools and resources to support affected players.
8.2 Age Verification Enforcement. The Platform strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years. Age is verified during registration and may be re-verified through KYC processes. Any account determined to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be returned to the payment source used at deposit, less any winnings derived from gaming activity.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Players from within account settings:
8.4 Support Resources. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help. External support is available through PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming program. 24phdream's support team can also refer players to appropriate resources and activate Responsible Gaming Tools on the Player's behalf upon request.
8.5 Minor Protection. Players must not allow minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access their Account or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. Players are responsible for securing their devices and accounts against unauthorized access by minors in their household.
9.1 Platform Availability. 24phdream endeavors to maintain the Platform in continuous operation but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. 24phdream shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.
9.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24phdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
9.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. 24phdream is not liable for failures, errors, or losses caused by third-party systems beyond the Platform's direct control.
9.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24phdream and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the 24phdream Platform — including but not limited to software code, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, user interface design, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 24phdream or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 License to Use. 24phdream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform. Unauthorized use of 24phdream's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
11.1 Right to Amend. 24phdream reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact 24phdream to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
11.3 Supersession. These Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 24phdream relating to your use of the Platform.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with the seat of arbitration in Metro Manila.
12.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 24phdream.
12.4 Regulatory Oversight. 24phdream operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's right to file a complaint with PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory body.
12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 24phdream with respect to your use of the Platform.
